What's the going price for a G26? The cheapest I've seen them go for here in NY is $529. & no night sights. $610 w/night sights. That's almost the same price I paid for a G19 w/ night sights.

Meanwhile LE can get them here for $415. They must have just been approved for off duty carry.

    TIA

At a gun show 2 weeks ago in eastern PA, they were selling for $500 w/o NS. I was quoted $498 for a G26 w/NS by D&R Sports, but he didn't have any in stock at the time.

The $529 price sounds about right if the dealer will make that an "out the door" price.

My guess is this won't be your last Glock. You might consider buying the NS and MGW tool from Brownell's for ~$120. The sights run about $65 and you will be able to do your own from now on since you own the tool.

I paid $475 for mine in March in Cincinnati. Most places in the country seem to have them for $475-500. For NY, $529 is probably not a bad deal.

    Hey Guys,

Thanks for the replay & info. It's just hard for me to pay $529. When the guy on the other end of the phone from the gun store tells you that if your're LE then it's only $415. If your're a civilian then it's $529. I wish he never mentioned the $415 price to me.

    Thanks again for the info.

    I picked up a 26 from:
    JON@ PAHRUMP VALLEY POLICE SUPPLY(775)751-1105.
Paid $450 + $15 for shipping and $15 for transfer fee.
    Thats $480 out the door.
Felt I got one of the best buys I've made yet.
Jon was also a great person to deal with, two thumbs up for

    Hey Guys,

Thanks again for the replies. Is the price you're indicating with, or without NS. Thanks

I bought a G19 recently for $449 + $15 and a 19-C with night sights for $549 + $15. Both came from a high volume dealer in the DFW area of Texas.

I worked many gun shows in the Houston area and became accustomed to competitive, rock bottom prices. Did I ever get sticker shock when I moved to SW Colorado!:)

I bought a police trade-in for $400 at a local gun shop. It was in a back-up gun until the department went to 40 cal. Condition was like new. Good luck.
