    I have been talking to some people and I think many (including myself) have some idealized version of what pre-sandy prices were.

    If you can please dig back through your notes and post some prices. I would be interested in seeing everything from Glock mags to AR-15s.

    I bought a CMMG flat top/wasp bull barrel the Wednesday before sandy hook, paid 649.00 on sale...also purchased an additional 30 round USGI mag for 12.99 and 4 20 round USGI mags for 10.99....

    So yea it's been challenging so to speak....with a new AR and ammo prices/availableity...and the need to REALLY want to shoot the thing!

    Smith & Wesson M&P optics ready AR... 877 dollars...minus 100 for public safety... Right there as prior posted for 750 bucks...give or take.
    RRA AR's @ 900 bucks depending on how you optioned it out...from the factory that was pretty much their base price.
    I forget who my buddy called the other day...Colt or S&W.... One year wait for a complete BCG...that's to get caught up.
    I believe Obama has oficially supassed John Browning in firearm sales...all in less than 4 years.:steamed:

    Coincidentily, I bought a bunch of AR stuff at the end of November and beginning of December.

    Pmags = $10.89 each
    Spikes stripped lower = $89
    Spikes stripped upper = $110
    WMD NiB BCG = $204
    PMC 55gr .223 = $7.99/box of 20

    And this stuff was all very easy to come by literally 60 days ago.

    Please don't put politics into my thread. There are enough threads on that subject. This is just prices.
