It works, but you have to buy a little connector thingy. Also it doesn't automatically drop the charge like the Lee one. So it's a little more inconvenient.

You can see mine on the right of the picture.

I've been using a series of single stage presses mounting along my bench for years. I've been thinking about getting a Lee Classic Turret press. I think I've read the Auto-Disk works well with extruded powders but I remember one person saying the opposite and that it works better with ball powders. I have a decent manual powder measure but I've seen videos with the LCT press (or the smaller Lee turret?) and the Auto-Disk and a activator arm which looks likes fairly a speedy way to load.

You can use the RCBS Uniflow on the classic turret with either the RCBS or Hornady CAPD. That way you won't have to dispense the powder by hand.

Are you using the pro auto disk? I use the pro on my CT and it does leak but very little. After a 500 round session I'm only looking at a few granules of Titegroup or H-335 around the ram.

W231. Idk honestly ..everything is screwed down tight ..powder is all over the desk after I'm done
First. Call Lee. See if they offer a replacement.

Second. It's not a hard fix. Basically you need to take a very small amount off the metal to get the top part and the bottom part closer together. Go with a very small amount to avoid taking too much off and binding. This does happen but it's not common.

There is almost no way the autodisc can leak. Somehow you found one:supergrin:

There is a rubber wiper on the bottom of the hopper that drags across the face of the disc. When they are new, the rubber drags so hard you it helps to lube the top of the disc and the rubber with graphite. Take it apart and make sure the rubber wiper is assembled properly and that it is not effed up.

Call Lee as well. Don't go grinding anything until you figure out what is going on and what Lee will do about it. I have used 231 an other fine powders with no problems. I DID wear out a wiper through extensive use and once I replaced it, it stoped leaking.

I would not grind. I would use some 100 grit sandpaper and just take the paint off.

If you have the Lee Pro Auto-Disk, you should inspect and clean the wiper at the bottom of the hopper. If that doesn't work, call Lee and complain.
You can go to the Lee Large Adjustable Charge Bar Powder Measure--commonly referenced as the Dillon powder measure.
It is not as simple as the PAD, but less comples than the Hornady L-N-L powder measure.

DO NOT put any type of liquid lube on any part of a powder measure. The wiper should be a little proud of the hole it goes through. It should basically be "too long" and rub against the face of the disc. This should seal it from leaking. You should be able to feel the disc drag against the face of the wiper. Graphite is usefull when you have a new wiper because it drags so hard on the face of the disc. The graphite does nothing to seal things.

I would clean off any powder sticking to the mouth of the wiper. That might be what's causing the problem. Just use your fingernail to pick off the kernals of powder. Any gray discoleration is graphite from the powder you have run through it and is a good thing. Also, check the philips head screw under the hopper near where the mouth of the wiper is. It should be snug.

With the measure assembled, and empty, and all is cleaned up properly, does the wiper drag on the disc?

Yes it drags wisky
If it drags, and it has a smooth lip to it, not like a dog chewed on it, it really can't be leaking there. Look somehwere else like the screw that I mentioned.
