I love beef, but pork is a very close second...A marinated pork loin on my Ronco Showtime is very hard to beat!

I've been staying away from commercially processed foods for the last couple years, so my list is more like this:
    Buffalo
    Moose
    Elk
    Pig

When given a choice, I prefer pork about 80% of the time. In reality I cook chicken more due to convenience.

BEEF, BEEF, AND THEN SOME MORE BEEF!!!

of course i like my pork chops too.

i don't mind chicken but it's just not the FIRST thing i usually want to eat.

one thing i always tell my wife though -- "i'll take a mediocre steak over a great meatloaf ANYDAY!!!!" ;f

Personally, out of those choices, I'd go with a nice lean beef steak. In reality, I avoid most of those and lean toward venison and other wild meats. Venison usually goes in the place of beef, quail for poultry, and so on. But I do enjoy the occasional steak or pork chop.

HAWG...every time. The "OTHER WHITE MEAT". But I am very particular about the fat content of whatever cut I use.

    parties.

    Fireman,
Yeah, I live in CO and hunt Elk and Deer each year. My hunting partner killed a Moose last year so were still working on that. I went on a Buffalo hunt in March and we'll be eating that for some time to come. I actually think I like the Buffalo better than Elk, but nothing beats Bullwinkle for a yummy steak.

Pork, with boneless, country style ribs cooked on a grill with corn on the cob (also on the grill) being my favorite.

Beef first, then pork. I do not really like poultry.

Beef and game meats (including birds) are my favorite. Then pork. Then chicken or turkey.

If the meat is the dish, like a steak or roast then it has to be beef (although buffalo is darned good, too). If it is part of the dish like a stir fry or maybe a sandwich, then chicken. The only pork I really eat is bacon, sausage or the occasional cold-cut.

Nothing beats a nice bloody steak.

;Q I don't know, there's an awful lot of SDAs in the country. I myself like a good cut of beef, then chicken or turkey breast, then pork loin or thick, boneless chops. At home, we butchered twice a year when everybody was home. We always had antelope, buffalo, elk, deer, and moose in the walkin freezer, too. This was due to the fact that I, my brother, father, and both sisters hunted. ;a
