Ted, those are nice pics. You and your machinist did some fine work.
My G17 is special to me because:
I have a stock OD 17 when desired...
I have the cutouts of a model 34 when I want them...
I have cutouts and barrel porting (rather rare) on the Gen1 17L if I choose to.

Gotta say, I got you by at least 12 years. Ain't it GREAT?

You have the IDEAL 9mm Glock! I was looking to shave some ounces. I increased the recoil spring by 2 pounds and it's perfect. I have a 34 also, but no long slide.

The G17 is my favorite all-time (over 40 years of pistol shooting) pistol. Mine is a little differnt. What makes yours different?









Lighter weight and absoulutely 100% functional.

Looks like a fun gun, Of course I like the Gen 2 gun that Butch is sporting as well. Thanks for posting those pics.
