Sadly, the raffle tickets are already sold out.
Great to see this common sense bunch of police Chiefs. Wish our commander-in-chief had that much common sense.
Live Free Or Die
What a lot of people don't realize or refuse to acknowledge is that the raffle had been planned months ago, well before the shooting. Why should a charity event be rescheduled or canceled because some whining ******** think it's "insensitive?" They would have been against it anyway, regardless of when it was held or national events.

Good for them. +1.
Wish I could have bought a ticket.
Ditto, I woulda bought 2.
Good on the chiefs!
What kind of two bit rag is "the drum"?
Area FD had 30 some guns (AR's some in 308) Sadly they were almost sold out. I got ONE ticket that another had claimed but never paid for . I didn't "win" but it was to good cause.
We have raffed off guns for our department. The only reason we haven't raffeled an AR is because of the lack of return on investment. Although in these troubling times we might make out really well if we did.
So if a popular model gun is used for evil, we're no longer allowed to buy, sell, trade, raffle? Stupid
Well duh. Why do you think Ford quit making white Bronco's?
I agree with the poster here, I would have bought a couple of tickets too.
