Which do you guys prefer for a backup firearm? A 5 shot snub, or a small semiauto (.380, 9mm, .40, .45)?

I have both - A Taurus .38 special snub, and a .380 pistol...I'm keeping the .380, and the .38 will soon be the property of a good friend. :)

I carry a small .380 auto. It serves as my main gun as I don't need 2 guns. a pocket knife will do as backup. Very easy to conceal even to the trained eye if using a wallet holster. Just put your regular wallet on the other side of the back pockets.

I'd prefer a semiauto, which packs more usually than a snubby.

This is my gun right now! Nashe will have Keltecs in Nov/Dec...different colors too, OD, 2 tone etc...around 25-28K daw isa...call Jane or James to confirm/reserve. They're the dealer here in the Philippines...although nagkaroon din sa Stronghand noon.

Sorry Sir Heavy, may buyer na ako...nakapila nga pala dun sa revo! Hehehe, baka magalit nga kasi nakalimutan ko...looks like my problem never existed.. I have an ultra-lite by the way...

IMHO, Kel-tecs are better than Seecamps. Seecamps specify a certain brand of ammo (Winchester Silvertips, I believe) on their pistols to prevent damage.

i read somewhere that there were reliability issues with the tomcats.

not sure if those were in the first gen guns though.

    they look good, though.

Sorry you don’t live in Texas. There’s a gunshow in Fort Worth this weekend and Dallas next weekend. There will be 8 to 10 P-3ATs at either show, with prices starting around $229.

Recently acquired this little gun, and it's a blast to shoot! My unit is Gen1, Gen2 has more color options and finish options.

Tagal lang ng transfer of license, 3-4 weeks din.

rex_valerian, James of Nashe has confirmed that he will have this available before the year ends. Bili ka na lang ng bnew kung walang mahanap na 2nd hand.
