I don't know about the rest of you but I think pocket clips are as useless as nipples on a boar. Do you remove the clip after purchase, or do any of you actually use the clips when you carry it?

The clip makes it much nicer to carry. Having it just lay across the bottom of my pocket is annoying and uncomfortable.

I don't think I've ever used one in my pocket. The one on my Quark is perfect for sticking it onto my cap though.

I use it on a daily basis at work. I can attach it to the waistband on my scrubs and save valuable pocket space. Also on the 4Sevens, you can attach it to a hat and use it as a head lamp.

I have a LEO holster for my flashlight and keep it secured with the clip.
In my opinion a magnetic base is handier than a clip, but I wouldnt remove a clip.

How are you going to attach it to your pocket cuff without a clip?

I use the pocket clip on my EagleTac to clip it to my cargo pants pocket.

I clip my flashlight to the side of my pocket all the time. In fact it was a requirement when I went looking to buy one.

i won't have a carry light without one. i like the ability to just reach down and grab my fenix when i need it without having to dig around for it no matter how i'm positioned, and it also gives me the ability to use it as a head lamp on my ball cap.

I don't think I've ever clipped one to my pocket, but it keeps them from rolling away when you set them down.

A clip is a requirement when I purchase a flashlight for pocket carry.

Without. Of course I either hang it off my belt in a pouch, stuff it in a shirt pocket, or have it in my sap pocket.

I had on and had it clipped to my sap pocket at work since it was small enough to get lost in there. Eventually it broke. Not worth it. Now it sits in my shirt pocket. Bigger flashlight came off the belt and into sap pocket.
