I am 32 white male, a little over weight, but not bad. I work third shift and want to start living better. What is a good multivitamin for me to take.

I purchased "one-a-day mens health formula", is this ok?

    Thanks

    That one should be ok.

    How is your diet?

Fruits, veggies, chicken, turkey, fish, lean meats, and nuts and seeds are your first priority.

    And lots of water.

Avoid all processed foods if you aren't already.

Basically food that won't rot if you left it out for a week on the counter.

Foods that come in a jar, box, or bag.

Chips, cookies, cereals, prepackaged meals etc. These are full of chemicals and preservatives to prolong shelf life. And have long ingredient lists with hard to pronounce names.

Try to eat as much real food as possible, like in my first post.

Thats where real vitamins come from. Then you can add a multi for a little extra insurance.

I take a multivitamin at the direction of my neurologist, who's big into stuff like that; and this is the one I take.

I ordered a pair of knee sleeves from them. Now that you mention it, those started to fail pretty quick...

I couldn't find a site that listed all the nutrition info. I knew BB's store would have it.

    I order from dpsnutrition.net.

I did, too; until I figured out that it'd take two paks (22 pills total) to meet what three pills of the Optimum Nutrition stuff I linked to had.

It was for informational purposes only, and it was to the store instead of the forum. Gimme a little credit. :embarassed:

    Good call.

I always forget that info is for 2 paks, which is pretty crafty on Universal's part.

I'll probably try the Opti Men.
