Please help me date browning A5

A have a very nice browning A5 serial numbered B11021. seems to be very old. I would appreciate any information you can provide me regarding it. I believe it might have been made during WWII but am not sure. I would be most grateful about any dating information on this firearm, i would love to know when it was made. thanks.
