At the risk of sounding silly, can someone post a pic of the previous start position?

It takes some getting used to. Ultimately I think it may be easier. It seems easier with an Unlimited w/scope versus iron sights. But time will tell. Bobby posted a tip thread on the start position that would be worth your time to read. :)

Thanks, Fireglock, just read his post and combined with your pics, seems pretty clear. Thanks for being up so late, Max :)

anyone know why they changed the start position?

i know there's really not much of a difference, but i preferred the old low ready position.

You know, my take on the new start position is that it is a lot like the motion you go through when drawing from a holster. Just cut off the first half of the complete "drawing cycle", and look at the second half. It seems pretty similar to what they're doing here.

I think they were just making a change to freshen things up a bit. :)

The bigger your belly, the easier it is! Like having a forearm rest...

Assuming they "revised" it to make it more consistant and less able for the gamers to cheat.

From a pure gun handling point they've forced the shooter to break the wrist.
