PINOY Mt Everest climbers

Ch 7 was the first to announce its support for Romy Garduce's (only 1 pinoy member) bid to be the 1st Pinoy on top of Mt. Everest. Siyempre, hindi magpapatalo ang Ch 2 sponsoring its own team of mountaineers (plural) to go up Everest's peak!

Kakaasar na nga manood ng dalawang channels na ito. Kopyahan lang ng programming! Walang originality!

i wish all of them the best of luck. some of the RP Everest team are my contemporaries in mountaineering. as a climber, let me say that all of them have a tough task. once the assault starts from camp 3,they must be able to hurdle Hillary's step iirc by 1PM, otherwise things could get very rough. Everest is also an open tomb to some of the world's greatest mountaineers.

mannix: ask about the Mt. Pinatubo trek. I'm really intersted to go up there and see the crater lake! si gundog, iwan na lang natin sa Clark para nagpapalamig ng drinks natin when we get back! hahaha!!!

Correct ka dyan, Sir! Para bang lahat na lang ng bagay e nahahaluan ng competition between these 2 media outfits. Sa halip tuloy na maging solid ang sambayanang Pilipino sa pag-support sa mga climbers natin, e magiging kapuso vs kapamilya na naman ito.

May nabibili na ba ditong tv na pwedeng pagsabayin dalawang channel? Nung Sabado kasi iniinterview sa ch7 yung talent nilang babe na nambugbog daw ng tibo sa Timog Ave. Almost at the same time naman, ini-interview din sa kabilang channel yung allegedly mga victims. Ang saya saya! Hehe,

Sir 9MX, kakayanin na ba ng daytrip yung Pinatubo? If so, baka sumama ako ha? I consider it one of my unfinished business, e.

Di ba meron isang pinoy na nagsasabi na sya daw ang talagang unang pilipino na nakaakyat sa everest. Meron pa sya pictures carrying the filipino flag at nakalagay nga daw yung pangalan nya doon sa log book. Akala yata malaysian sya kasi may mga kasama syang mga malaysians.

i think he was a warden of some sorth ,claimed he was the 1st pinoy who climb everest.

ABS verified his claim and apparently he didnt reach the highest peak, maybe sa gilid-gilid lang.

Last night Henry Omaga Diaz(ABS) was on the phone talking to Dale Abenojar this guy said that he is climbing to the top with only 2 guides , no pinoy with him. Poor guy appealing for sponsors coz he has to pay 2 million php for the trip and guide expenses.( hope he gets one)yohoo GMA 7 help this guy out.
Apparently he's not an official member of the Mt. Everest expedition team.

yap this media catfight is really annoying lahat na lang may issue yung dalawang channel.

Sponsors or no sponsors..Hope our guys make it to the worlds highest peak in ONE PIECE. Ano kaya susunod MOON expedition?

Pinatubo shocked: kung may balak kayo , ingat and make sure you guys are prepared: rigs , supply etc.

share ko lang that the support team of romy garduce sans jiggy manicad went to our plant for some testing. mga 5-6 persons kasama doctor susubukan nila kung kakaynin yung lamig gamit north face attire nila sa loob ng cold storage namin na minus 17 ang temp. kaya lang di dumating agad yung supply nilang damit kaya di na natuloy.

yung trainor kasi nila na si bert madrigal friend namin kaya naikusap kunh pwede silang makigamit ng cold storage.

postpone muna ang pinatubo adventure. next year na, mahirap na at baka matrap ang BOGs in the mountain just like what happened to the mountaineers last Friday.

pwede na daw mag 4x4 pa akyat pinatubo ah..... 4x4 nalang tayo, anong gagawin natin dun sa taas... me jetski, windsurf etc. ba dun?.... bili nalang tayo bala:supergrin:

Oracion reached the peak from Nepal side and Avenojar said he reached the peak from Tibet side. Good work guys sana naman wag ng pagtalunan kung sino nauna sa tuktok ng Everest. Basta narating ng Pinoy ayos na yon.Get back home safe and hope the rest of the team makes it aswell:number1:
