Does anyone's carry permit have a picture on it? Mine does not and I find that a bit odd.
No for VA. Not even sure which states have picture ID's for their permits.
Pennsylvania LTCF's have your picture on them.
I don't have one, but my wife's has her picture on it.
Texas has your picture on it.
Mine does, and it cost 10-15 bucks extra for the picture! Which is required

Mississippi has photo ccp's. they give you the option of using your dl photo on file, or taking a new one. I opted to use the one on file, then saw my dl photo later that day while buying cigarettes. I shoulda had them take a new one.

Missouri CCW is a notation on your Driver's license or Non-Driver's ID, so yes on the picture.
I just renewed my WV permit. It now has my picture on it and is plastic instead of paper. WV is transitioning to standardized permits in all counties, and I guess mine was one of the first. Once the changeover is complete, a WV permit will take the place of the NICS check.
I also have a PA non-resident permit. It does not have a picture, but I think the resident permits do.
WI does not, but we have this rule/law/stipulation - "At all times during which a person is carrying a concealed weapon, the licensee shall have with them their concealed weapon license AND their photographic identification card (driver license or identification card). Both the license and identification shall be displayed to a law enforcement officer upon request."
The new (2012) Georgia Weapons Carry License has a photo, and anti-counterfeiting measures.
The previous GWLC/GWL/GFL was a simple Word(r) document printed on plain paper and laminated to the size of a credit card. It honestly looked like something you could draw up on your lunch break.
Ahhhhhh so when I renew I will get the pic. The old one does look sort of nickel & dime.
Holy crap 5'7" 250lbs. Someone took bulking season a little to seriously. Lol sorry first thing I noticed.
IL foid cards have pictures as well. I know its no a carry permit but its all we got.

PA used to have slight variations from county to county I believe. I'm not sure if it's standardized now but everyone I've seen has had pictures.
Indiana NO, but printed on pretty "PINK" paper.
