Eric, I'm having trouble remembering... in vB2, is there a way to set a filesize limit for image attachments?? these 500K, 1MB, and 2MB pictures that people are posting are killing your bandwidth, and surely slowing down peoples computers, like mine, even with a 4Mbit cable link.... I know the possibility exists in vB3, but is it possible to do in vB2, and if so, why don't you?

a lot of ppl don't know how to resize photos.

even if it's not possible in vbulletin explicitly, it would be simple to do in the php code.

eta: i'm pretty sure there is a limit set, it's just pretty high.

    Also,

In the "stuff for sale" section, many users do not delete those pictures after transactions are complete. When pics are uploaded, I assume that they are sitting on your server.

There should be a 30 day limit (or for the duration of the average sale) on pics in the for sale section, links to pics would be unaffected.
