Nice! I have a new 26.5 too, but family emergencies have kept me from getting to the range to break it in. How is your trigger? I’m really impressed with mine, easily the best out of the box Glock trigger I’ve gotten in 25 years.

...my LGS got one in finally. Unfortunately, not a Blue Label but this will do. I dislike finger groves on the G19 and smaller but the Gen 5 cured that for me. No range time for a while as I am moving but I think I will like. I put night sights and added two 12 round Glock mags.

This my fourth Gen 5 Glock, if you count my G19X and yes, better than previous Glock triggers. Smoother I would say. I have not liked G26’s unless it had a modified grip with no finger grooves, like my Gen 3 and 4 G19’s. But of course, not an issue with the Gen 5’s

Congrats on the 26.5. I took mine out for the first time last week and it ran perfect. I put Ameriglo Agent sights on it that I scored from Brownells for $85.00. I taking my 34.5 MOS out tomorrow for the first time.

I got mine last month and put just over 250 rounds through it during two range sessions, without even the hint of a hiccup. 175 or so crappy 9mm and the rest were HST, DoubleTap 124, and a mix of HP stuff I had lying around. The only reason I stopped was because I ran out of ammo AND my face was hurting from the permanent smile:jumprope:

The 26 is MY "Holy Grail Goldi Locks", based on what is available out there. I did not like the 43 because it was too small FOR ME, so even if they ever fix the Sig 365 problems, I wouldn't be interested - as it is similar in size. I shoot the 26 at least as well as my 19, especially with a 15 round mag and GripX.

To be honest, when I pulled the trigger at the LGS, I was amazed at how "different", as in GREAT, it felt. When I actually shot it, I didn't notice it as much, but it probably did help me shoot it well. The barrel is "better", so maybe that contributed to my improved accuracy too?

I'm picking up a 12 gauge Shockwave today and hope to get to the range this Thursday. I'll also shoot the 26 and post a follow-up "review" then. You gonna love shooting this great gun!
