I picked up a new Model 22 Gen 4 today. Unfortunately, we got about 12 inches of snow here in Central Virginia so it will be a few days till I try it out. I'll let you know how shoots.

Congrats on your Gen4. I'm waiting on a 19. One day of snow and Hampton Roads is paralyzed.

Fort Campbel is insane, it is not normal to jump out of a perfectly good airplane. That's right the 101st is now Air Assault instead of Airborne, I remember the good old days of the 32' tower. Recondo ALL THE WAY.

The frame texture on the Gen 4 is agressive but nothing like the the rough textured frame on other models. This Gen 4 just really feels good in the hand. I hope these pictures give an idea on how the medium and large backstraps are attached. Glock includes a longer pin and a tool to make the changes.
