I went to the permanent absentee ballot route probably a decade ago, and wonder why I did not do so sooner. I cannot imagine having to worry about standing in line and voting on the actual election day.

I encourage everyone to become a permanent absentee voter - it makes everything so much easier!

If you have not done so - why not?

Usually I have Tuesdays off so I am able to go to the polls and I actually like going to the polls. It just feels right.

Now this year no such luck so I figured I would go absentee just to maake sure I could vote since there are a few races that could really need my vote. I am temted to go permanent though.

I am. The only thing I don't like is you don't get latest poll data when you vote. Sometimes if the lesser of two evils is winning by enough I will vote third party as a protest vote. I had to hold my nose and vote for Fiorina and Whitman this round.
