Just curious, if you shoot Glocks at meets, what is the perferred model?
I'm looking into either a 17 or 22. Any opinions on either one of them?

    Go with the 17.

    -Cheaper to shoot
    -Quick on the target
    -Great GSSF Gun

Dittoe 9mmdude. Less recoil and accurate.

If you have the 22, shoot it. Long shots are 25 yds. Both guns are capable of sufficient accuracy.

depends on the division you're shooting. a 17/22 wouldn't work in Sub or MSub. excluding the two sub divisions the 17 or 22 would work equally well if you do your part. if you're not limiting yourself to GSSF only you may want to consider the G22 will make major and the 17 won't.

I'm kinda leaning towards the 22. I already like the feel of a .40, and I have a pretty good stock pile of ammo.
As far as buying good ammo for cheap, I can get a 50 rd. box of Speer Lawman at a gun shop near by for $14.95 a box. Doesnt get much cheaper than that.
