    Not that big of an upset at all, really. They were 4.5 point favs. And that line was very inflated, because the Colts are such a popular team (popular teams get more action, so betting on them is usually more "expensive"). The "real" line would have been less than a field goal.

    Also I wouldn't say they choked. Or that they failed. They won the AFC title and showed up for the game. Saying "epic" is so internet gay I can't even put it in words.

    roflmao , speaking of gay nice avatar . the points spread was nothing , 80% of population called the colts to win . all i know is they got beat. which makes it all good . seeing peyton choke was epic .

    I'm a rare Packers AND Favre fan, but NOBODY gets to wave off the Saints.

    The Colts weren't heavily favored?

    Manning wasn't the sugar coated leading star of this little hookup?

    The Colts and Manning got their collective asses handed to them from the 2nd through the 4th quarter, and, outside NOLA, no internet or sports forums were buzzing about a close game. Everyone was predicting a blowout.

    Right, Scott? :supergrin:

    Funny thing is Peyton loses, but still wins as his family is still in New Orleans and his roots are deep.

    Great game! Brees bested Warner, Favre, and Manning to win it all. How 'bout dat?

    Geaux Saints...Super Bowl Champs!

    Hello;

    It's not how you start, it's how you finish. The Saints continued to follow thru, and that help them win.

    Well that and the interception, and the Colts missing some key plays.

    That's why they play the game.
