This just means magazine capacity must be limited to five rounds.

That semiautomatic rifle ban the Democrats wanted to push through with the 10-round magazine limit suddenly seems rather irrelevant, knee-jerk, and unconsidered... o_O

You know, Feinsteins assault weapons bill already includes any firearm with any detachable thingamabobs, clips etc, any firearms that have non detachable fixed magazine clips and whatchamacallits and any firearms that shoot bullets I think??

So he went in with a cheap hobby gun that was taken apart from upper and lower receiver in a bag. And he couldn't fit 30 round CLIPOzines in there? I ain't buying that **** for a dollar.

His gun was breaking apart? really?

To the OP, those are not high capacity magazines, just normal capacity magazines.

    Not the point.

The "reason" he went in with 10 round magazines is most likely speculation by the reporter, unless this is something Cruz has relayed to LE then LE to Media, which I doubt as this is an ongoing investigation and LE isn't going to divulge ****. So, "Speculation" it is.

The fact that he used 10 round mags is also "Speculation" unless LE has released that information.

The point is you said it was "Not Reported", I provided you with a report, don't like it, not my problem.

That's the problem anymore. Don't like the report no matter where it comes from. Can't trust any source.

You didn't ask if the source was trustworthy, you said they didn't exist. I provided you with one.

So, yes indeed, they do exist. YES!

... in the middle of an assault weapons ban. Their weapons were also AWB compliant.

Bar soap is no longer issued in jails and prisons.

Only powdered soap is given out.

Takes longer to pick it up when dropped............
