I have been offered a lightly used, seems to be, para ordenance GI Expert on 45acp for $475. Seller bought it used from dealer and never fired it. Besides that, is black with aftermarket wood grips, all I know. How about warranty? States in their site honored to the original retail purchaser. Ever had to send one of these back to warranty?

    Should I get it?

I own an SA Loaded and like it a lot. Shoots great, better than me and Lifetime warranty.

    Blessings,

You can get the GI Expert NIB for $499, I say the $20 is worth the extra piece of mind. The GI Expert is IMO the best single stack 1911 in their lineup, especially since it's

I like the GI Expert, but unless you can get them down some, go for a new model.
