I liked the guy hit in the balls with pepper balls a few years back in Phoenix. But between Fire Marshal Bill and this guy, I'm liking these more.

Weren't safety-glasses one of the items that A.O.C. recommended?

I found this an interesting part of the news story:
"Balin Brake, who is enrolled at Indiana Tech, said he ran when cops ordered the crowd to disperse Saturday at protests in Fort Wayne, news station WFFT reported." The trick is to NOT run toward the police. If you go the way they tell you, the canister will hit you in the back of the head and you may just get a little more brain-damage.

The best was that he said "I didn't pick the canister up, they are hot as hell!"

So Brake, how do you know, and thanks for telling me!

Note to self.......................... never pick up a police tear gas canister! :badpc:

In the end, he will most likely win/settle a massive lawsuit against the city/officer!! Reason for lawsuit, unable to fill out JOB application due to one eye complication(s)

After reading the article it sounds like he really did not learn anything and is happy to give his eye to the cause.

Hell, heat-resistant gloves were on the list too; that guy just wasn't paying attention.

This Simple Guide Explains How to Protest Safely
New York City’s Democratic representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) has shared a brief infographic containing tips for protesting safely, both in terms of protection against the ongoing pandemic and potential legal repercussions.

Taking to Instagram yesterday, AOC advised protestors to wear face masks and goggles in addition to nondescript clothing that would hide any identifying markers like tattoos. She suggested taking heat-resistant gloves, to tie up long hair, and to write emergency contacts down.

She also warned protestors to leave anything you wouldn’t want to be arrested with at home and stressed the importance of taking a buddy with you. If you take your cellphone with you, disable Face/Touch ID, turn-on airplane mode, and disable data (assumedly to eradicate any possibility of law enforcement making you unlock your phone against your will).

So far, one of these rioters has lost an eye, one set himself on fire while attempting to commit an arson and at least one was dragged to death when he attacked a Fed-Ex truck. These tards likely weren't willing to die for their cause (cause they're f'in stupid) but it happened. All I can do is hope that they didn't leave any offspring behind (contaminated gene-pool and all) that we'll have to support.
