    What a scumbag.

The former New York City mayor spoke out against an American history of race-based economic inequality from slavery to segregation to redlining, and outlined an proposal aimed at increasing the number of black-owned homes and businesses. The plan includes a $70 billion investment in the nation’s most disadvantaged neighborhoods.

Ha-Ha. Guess little Mike Bloomberg has never heard the expression about "throwing good money after bad". How much has already been squandered since LBJ tried buying votes? But our tax money does seem to work out well to help the Dems stay in power.

As I've postulated before, I don't think little Mikey Bloomberg ever got over the fact that some Biff Tannen type (from "Back to the Future") stuffed him in a locker when he was in high school.

It has been a deep-rooted psychological payback for him ever since...

I guess his fifty thousand million dollars gives him a feeling of superiority. I thought the dems hated billionaires.

Bloomberg is a major P O S! He and Stier are hoping to buy their way into the Democrat nomination. He paid $100 million to win each of two elections to NYC mayor.

Say all you want about it being a free country and all that but we shouldn't allow billionaires to spend mindboggling sums in order to get elected. Don

I see his ads on the t.v. all the time. He's really stressing that he was in office when health coverage went up in his jurisdiction. And, of course that seems to be the theme of the ads so far.
He sounds like a total control freak. All that money he saved up being used for one thing. He wants power. For this reason, most politicians scare me. But this guy makes the grey hairs at the base of my neck stand on end.

If the intent is to help, then he is certainly "throwing good money after bad". The very idea that you are going to pick certain neighborhoods and help the people who live in them continue to live in them, when they are only failing because of the people who live in them to begin with, is ridiculous.

On the other hand, if the message is, "I'm going to buy your votes with taxpayer money and, to get double bang for my buck, I'm going to use that same money to keep you out of my neighborhood," then I'd say he's got a winner.

I hope he is so egotistical that he decides to run as an independent when he doesn't get the Dem nomination.

He might have something if he did it without it being a ploy.

Imagine if he really cared enough to make things better for betters sake.

They do ... as long as it isn't theirs or helping them. Then it's bad.

Fifty thousand million dollars = 50 Billion dollars. I guess the dems thinks it less offensive to describe it that way.

Throwing money for businesses in bad neighborhoods. Hmmmmm. What could go wrong? Well, for starters, business fail in the "hoods" because they are subject to massive shoplifting and theft, damage, assaults, robberies, etc. And when they finally close up and there are no more businesses left, the race pimps come out and call it racism. No, it's called failure. as long as hoodrats are allowed to do whatever they want, there will be continued opposition to and failures of businesses in the hoods.

    Wait.... wait!

I see a new inner city business model.... open an anvil store.
    1. No shoplifters
    2. No "Use By" date
    3. Anvils are not typically use as offensive weapons.
    4. They don't get shop worn
    5. Bullets just bounce off them.
    6. Kinda hard to grab-n-dash
    7. Extremely small black marketing options - minute, really.
