Had one delivered to the FFL last Wednesday and got it to the range today. I have had a few different .40's, this is the first one that felt comfortable to shoot. It just seemed to soak up the recoil well. I haven't shot a DA/SA in over 8 months so I kept the distance between 5 and 7 yards, was nice to see my first magazine(13 rounds) was one hole about 3 inches across. I was talking to the guy working the counter at the range and I had to laugh when he said Glocks are functional and reliable but HK's are just special. I love my 17.5 and 19x(my 19.4 serves a purpose for CCW but I can't say I enjoy shooting it), and if those were the only two I could have I would be fine with it. He was right though, just something special about an HK.
