Mine doesn't either. Is it a CPO gun or still the original finish?

My range program gun does not have any of that. Strange.

    Depends on where I am.
All six of my Sigs exhibit trigger induced frame wear. Probably because I pull the trigger to make them fire.

My tires show wear after driving my cars too. Strange how that happens. :tongueout:

Actually, it's most likely a nitron finish, which in many people's opinion, is not as durable as what Glock and others use.

One reason most of my SiGs are all stainless steel is that there are rarely finish nor annodizing wear issues.

My P229 is dinged to heck, but that's what happens when you use a gun I guess.
