ive had the gun for about a 3 weeks now and ive got about 300rds through without any problems whatsoever. no FTF, fte, or any other problems.

this gun is extremely accurate, way more accurate than i am.

i replaced the regular trigger with a short trigger, and the short reset trigger is awesome.

I have the exact model, it's definitely my favorite gun to shoot & the one all my friends & son can't put down either. It's by far the softest shooting .45 I've ever put my mitts on, and with that trigger it makes fast, accurate shooting just too easy!

Shooting that model next to the full size stainless framed model and the P220 Match makes it really shine; Sig really has a winner there.

I notice it has an internal extractor, what year was it made?

After several thousands of rounds, the only mods I've done to mine were i) changing to more aggressively checkered Hogue aluminum grips which slip a lot less when my hands sweat during long range sessions and ii) replaced the mainspring with a lighter wolf spring to lighten up the DA trigger pull.

I have been thinking about getting a short trigger from Top Gun supply. Is this a an easy job to do yourself?

Does the 220R have a external manual safety? I'm looking for a compact concealed carry gun but want a manual safety.
    Thanks
