I have owned a G19 for 5+ years. To me it is the perfect handgun. However, I want a second Glock 9mm. The 26 is too small for my hands, so that leaves the 17 and 34.

    Which one?

Seriously I would go with the 17.

Adding a 17 to your collection is a good move. Every mag you have for your 17 is also usable in your 19. I like both of mine and will probably add a 34 within the year. They are hard to own just one of!

I owned my first Glock, a G19, for ten years. I now own two more G19s.

I have three 19's myself. Never quite understood the desire to own various models. Find the perfect one for YOU and get a spare if need be.

I'm glad I have small hands! The 26 will fit the bill just nicely!

I have a 19 now also. Been tossing around the idea of getting a matching 19, or getting a 32. Since the 32 has the same size frame as the 19, it seems to fit my hand really well. And for some odd reason I have always wanted to own a .357... no reason, just want to... lol

As versatile as the compact frame Glocks are I can see your dilemma
If I were in you shoes I'd be itchin for a 34 or even better yet a 17L

Why not just plan to own all 3?

The G26 will fit your hand if you run a pinky mag extension and its still slightly smaller than a G19 even with the extension. But if the G26 is still a no go, then get a G17.

I own a G26 and a G19 and of course I plan on getting a G17 in case I have friends or family over when the SHTF and I need to supply the guns!

I had the 26 and sold it. Kept the 19 and the 17. Will get the older 34 version soon.

I love my twin's one year apart. The next one will be another G35 to match my other G35. My G21 holds it's own right now with an XL serial number as one of the first G21's into the country in 1991......

Nothing wrong with another G19 (or a few). Also nothing wrong with either a G34 or G17. For a little more variety, go with a different model. If you are perfectly satisfied with the 19 and just feel you need more quantity, then buy another G19.

    17. Like you, the 26 is just too small, and to me the 19 was too small. Or, maybe even another 19 in OD.

Have you ever shot one of the baby glocks?

I always thought the 26 would be too small because my pinky just was never fitting and I doubted I could control a gun without it. I went and shot the 26... even with my pinky just dangling out there, I had none of the issues I thought I would (gun falling out of my hand, not able to follow up quickly etc.).

I don't currently own a 26, but its on my short list along with a 39.

To answer your question, if you are really against the 26, get a 34.

*edit* wow, I thought I had a low post count relative to time here

My G19 was my first 9mm Glock. Bought a G34 next. My next Glock 9mm would be a 4th Gen G17...
