Check the box that says "save password"?

Alternatively, go to Tools ~ Accounts, edit the account settings, and put in the correct password there and it should no longer prompt you.

It only asks you for the password if the one it has saved in settings is incorrect.

try what he said first. if that doesn't work, http://support.microsoft.com/?id=290684

there is a bug in OE that can cause it to never save the password.

I have traveled deep into the registry for years now.

The MickySoft disclaimer is enough to turn off the most advanced user. Asshats! They need to make an automated tool to download and run to fix the mess. The dipsticks are a quart low!
