    I think he forgets his history - that when GW (The OG one) stepped down, the country was in shock. They expected him to serve for life. . . Like a king. Dub, the first, understood that government was a fragile thing. And despite this wickit-Pissah constitution, people were still needed to ensure despotism didn't return.
