We a few pictures of our new target trailer for practicing GSSF events!
Our Steel D-1's.......Saves on D-1's and pasters!
Looks great...but who's the manufacturer of the trailer...I'm the Purchasing Manager for Pace American at The Indiana facility?
The trailer is made by Forest River, Inc., model Value Hauler By Continental Cargo and was purchased through Quality Trailers for Less in Somerville, AL.
Yup...I have some friends at Forest River as well...ya got a goodie;f
Thanks Festus! I hope it will hold up for a while!
Today our practice was hot and wet. We just go in under the rain. The new trailer worked just great with all our gear in it and plenty of room for more. The D1's set up quick and give you instant feed back as to how bad you really are shooting. As normal the jerk behind the trigger found me again. The new plate rack was a hoot a hoot to break in. All in all we had a great time.
p.s. we missed you Don from PC!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks, Pharaoh maybe next weekend. I could use some good plate rack time. I would rather smell the N330 than tires at the Pepsi 400.
Nice set up but can't help but ask what is the primary purpose of this trailer? Obviously you are storing and hauling GSSF targets but where to? From the house to the public / private range or are you taking it to GSSF events to set up additional stages or both?
Practice, practice, practice. ;f
We have 3 ranges we can use to set up the three stages of the GSSF matches, one is about 8 miles away, the second is about 37 miles away and the last is 67 miles away! There are four "Shooting Partners" involved in the ownership of the "Target Trailer" and it contents and we all shoot at GSSF matches throughout the year. All of the partners have access to the trailer at anytime! A very workable arrangement for all involved!
As to the "Target Trailer" showing up at a GSSF match, that would only happen at the request of the GSSF staff!
That is a slick set-up!
Ya know with some decals and some advertising...well ya know!;f
Now FESTUS there you go thinking outloud again. ;f ;c ^8 ~1
Nice toys Dan

Now if we just had a couple acres of dry land out in the boonies located close to Fort Walton Beach we would be all set. ;f ;f ;f
What do those steel D-1's weigh??
And since no one else was rude enough, what (ballpark) did that set-up run???
