I have been on the fence for awhile about ordering a high end 45. I finally decided to order a Pro. I was going to post here asking where would be the best place to order a Pro. I made my monthly treck to some of the LGS north of town. I asked the first one if they had any experience ordering one. A new employee asked in the back and said the last one took two years. I asked another question and he came back from the back and stated they had one on order now for about one year.

They did not know when the ordered one will come in. They stated that the cost would be $ 2650. I jumped on it and put a $200 deposit on it.

What is the average wait presently? What all comes with the gun? I believe there should be 7 magazines? They asked me if I wanted a rail or not? I do not care for rails and stated I would take it either way but prefer no rail. Good buy????

They come with 6 mags. Mine was a tad over 18 months. I just got it about a month ago. You will think something is wrong with it when you try to rack the slide. Seriously.

You, my friend, kick ***. I shoot a TRP myself, congrats and here's to getting lucky with a shorter wait. It does happen sometimes.

I got mine about a month or so ago and I love it.
The wait will likely be worth it to you.
