    It's hard to say. B&W landscape usually requires either wide tonality range or something graphically striking to be interesting. This photograph seems more sentimental, moody in nature, so perhaps sepia is good. However, since I have never been a great saturated sepia fan, I wonder what it would look like if you desaturated it 70-75%, so that only a hint of sepia remains, just enough to add to the mood of the picture.

    BTW, I like the scene. It's pleasantly understated. It feels like a place where I would gladly go for a long, lonely walk.
