    Pah, it's a phony ad. It doesn't have the term "tactical" or the phrase "Run" in it.

    No mention of "Skill sets" either.

    Funny was listening to that, I had to EXPLAIN the entire "call the operator" thing to my kids. I remember when Nynex had ads on NOT calling Directory Assistance and using the White Pages. I think those ads ran for 5 years or longer. DA was free back then. Just dial (not press) zero.
