What are the odds that he asked if he could use a credit/debit card to post bail?

It’s not his fault. Momma gave him two first names.

Never trust a man with two first names

You know...most of the posted mug-shots show a defiant, career criminal...just look at his...this kid ain't got a clue...he was just a minor player in a much larger scheme, who is taking the fall...I hope he is able to provide "Substantial Info" to help himself...there "might" still be "some" hope

Model citizen of Antifa/BLM. If he had violently resisted and got capped, that city would be burning by now.

How stupid are these people? If I EVER decided to become a criminal. My car would be inspected every time I was going to commit crimes. Lights, signals, Tires nothing illegal. Drive speed limit, stop at stop signs, don’t run lights...
If using stolen car it would likely be found in better shape then when stolen.
How did they find the cards? He was too stupid to have them in a box, bag?
I have been in a car as pass once on window tint check. They didn’t search the car, I was not asked to get out. It was side window. “Sir roll it down (iirc) 4” “. He puts thing on either side, 5 seconds has a reading. I THINK he must have checked DL of driver. (I honestly don’t recall). We were on our way with a bogus ticket. (He had 3 already, take it to certified testing, proven it was legal, ticket tossed, weeks later they stop him again). Officers didn’t care he had 3 separate proofs he was legal. That courts accepted. They won, he had tint removed.
Before I got myself distracted. Point is he had to be stupid for them to find that stuff. I doubt they had reason to search the car, small bags..

IMO, kids shouldn't be able to drive until they are 18, and the US should have restricted licensing, similar to some European countries, where they don't get big cars and high-horsepower engines until they are even older. I remember what an idiot I was at 16 and I just had a little mini-truck.

It is Catch 22. Many drive a rolling citation because they do not discriminate in their disregard of the law and, in addition to not being able to drive anywhere without standing out like a sore thumb, they lack the common sense and intelligence to succeed at their chosen careers.
