I have always seen a H&K influence in the Hi Point, fugly is right but glad to see a good option for little money and bet it goes bang.

Have you ever seen, in person, a Hi-Point fail? I have never shot one but from what I understand, they pretty reliably go bang.

Couldn't help but notice everyone's review, owner of one or just shot one says they go bang. When i was young and broke, and on the cheap needing a firearm Jennings and Raven were your choices and I'll take a hi point any day over those options. If a Taurus was $50 buy one get one free I'd buy the Hi point!

Nope. But they are still ugly.
