Hi Guys,

Several years ago, I bought a Glock 26 in really nice condition. As with anything I purchase from Glock, I gave it to TR Graham to check out. He smiled when he saw it and told me it was one of the very first Glock 26 pistols.
S/n is BYC 21(X) US

That was a while back so I don't remember a thing about why that pistol was special. Could anyone advise me if I should put it away or just use and enjoy it normally?

Thanks!

Use it and enjoy it. It is one of the first in the sense that it is an early one, but it's not one of the first lot of 500 or 1000 that came out. Mine is serial number BWW, so it's several thousand ahead of yours, and it's not one of the first 1000... I carry mine daily.

I purchased my serial numbered "BSR" when the G26 debuted and it still looks brand new!

I have a BTN and a BPL, one is a 26 the other a 27....locked in the safe, and my EDC is a B model G-27 too only I think its a BSA xxx US, so they are out there around the same time zone.
