Hi guys. Already have an existing M4 set-up. Was thinking of building another upper for it. I'm just curious. Are there any of you out there who maintain a complete set and possibly one or two uppers on the side?

    Young Once,

That's actually one way to save on money. About your question, I doubt if any would confirm since a barrel is considered an FA under RP laws.

They have different law, barrels are considered FA and have to be registered. I just don't know how they would do it since it does not have SN.
