Probably be a long time before prices come back down and things are widely available again (even if Trump wins), but certainly ammo is high on the list.
The "panic " is just starting.

Lots more coming soon to a town near you.

You're not being paranoid if people are out to get you. This time, there are. They quite clearly keep telling you so.
Win or lose in Nov, we are a long time from any semblance of normalcy. The continued riots and protests will keep ammo and gun sales up.

Several months ago I didn’t think Trump would win but I do now. But all hell is gonna break loose to make the summers riots look like a picnic.

Just wait till it's January or February before we find out who stole the Presidency.

Sorry, didn't mean to threadjack Dale. :)

I'm going to keep buying P&R S&Ws, pre war gangster gats, and lots of booolits.

I agree, and I long for the day that cheap and plentiful .22LR, 9mm, and .223 comes back. That’s all I need

A few more cases of 9mm and 5.56 ammo, outside of that I’m good.

Buying ARs and ammo right now is like buying the stock market.

Buy high sell low

After trump is re-elected firearms will deflate

If Trumps wins, it'll come back down and settle slightly higher than where it was most of his first term

I agree with a prior post though it will take a little while longer to settle than last time (AKA post 2016 election). I got the sense last time there was increased production and gearing up cause everyone thought Hillary was going to win. Once that didn't happen...ammo prices went down pretty fast due to a glut of ammo and dropping demand...and the Federal rebates were really nice. I mean, Cases of 556 $225 to your door, and cases of 9mm about $135 to your door may be the "good old days".

If Biden wins, it'll settle (after a 18 months ore of panic buying), but nowhere near close to where it was in terms of price.

I like the guns I have, and nothing I don't have has caught my eye at the moment. I'm definitely not hurting for components, but I'll continue stacking the primers and eight pound kegs of gunpowder. I may buy some additional bullet molds, and some additional colors of powder coat.

I reload, so for me, a few year's supply of small pistol and small rifle primers. I currently have a 12 month supply but in these times that seems inadequate.

Primers. Glorious primers. Primers of all sizes. As many as I can get my hands on.

I haven’t had any trouble getting ahold of projectiles and powder. May of had to wait a few weeks for it to show up, but they were still able to be obtained.

I haven’t seen primers in a couple of months.
THIS! 10K SPP at the minimum, and all the SRP.

Also probably another Glock 19 Gen 5, been enjoying mine for carry, would like a backup for dry fire.

I don’t understand this whole thing about buying guns after the panic is over. Within August I bought 12-guns. All at under MSRP. So far only one gun bought in September.
Finding a particular gun can be difficult at the moment. Paying under MSRP is still no great feat, if you can find what you're looking for. It's how much under MSRP that's the question.

Why? Riots now = higher prices. Why would riots after Trump is elected equal lower prices?
