    This IS the correct answer. Grips are a personal opinion item. Like paint or wheels for your car/truck. :cool: Oh, FYI, Dave's a VZ dealer now. I just placed my second order with him today. :)

    The Operators are indeed nice. I like the Recon's the best personally, but the OpII's are very similar in their aggressiveness

    I would say so, them rubbing against you lamb chops ain't gonna be fun! For CCW from VZ I would look at the Gators, ETC, Aliens and the Double Diamond. Check out Alumagrips as well, they make nice carry grips.

    Course those Alumagrips can get mighty cold and kinda wake you up quickly when you first strap on the ole 1911 the first thing in the morning during winter :rofl:

    I really do like their product. Was not sure about metal grips till I tried them but grew to really like them.
