    What are your thoughts on Botox for bruxism? Extreme bruxism. After failure of various appliances ( bit through one, spit them out in sleep, probably clenching during the day) tried PT, etc.

    Already looking at having a couple crowns replaced as the grinding has shifted them making flossing difficult ( that can wait a bit as I've maxed out my dental for the year and there is no decay or infection).

    Also, I'm having an implant crown done when I finish my prednisone taper ( probably early October),and will have to pay out of pocket for that since I probably can't wait til after the first of the year. What's a reasonable cost for that? :nailbiting:

    Have I mentioned how much I hate my mouth?
