i dont know if this is the correct place to place this question but here goes... i took my glock to the range and shot her yesterday. when i got home, i cleaned it. (i clean all guns after EVERY trip to the range, just something i have always done.) it was the first time i cleaned her so i was using the manual.. it says specifically to not over oil or lube the glock pistol.. i did my best to limit my oil usage. i put a few drops on the spring at the back of the stock after the gun is broken down.. then i got to thinking that this might have been a little much. the reason i put 3 drops was because i couldnt get a solid drop on the spring correctly.. i was wondering, how much is too much oil on a glock... on all other parts of the gun, i put the break free oil and cleaning solution in these places: (1 drop each) -outside of the barrel -inside of the barrel -on each side of the action where the brown factory lube is.. -on the spring that is specified in the manual to be oiled.
