It's a compulsion brought out by the uniform, that's his defense. Or, he was picking them up for command and they never reimburse. That's the fall back.

Yes he is done in my opinion. Integrity issue, bad cops start small and get even more greedy as time goes by. :cop:

He will suffer a far greater penalty for altering the price on those donuts than will any of the Democrats participating in the rampant voter-fraud schemes in the US Presidential Election for altering votes. His whole department will also probably have to sit through "remedial honesty" classes, and all donuts may in future be banned from station houses and police vehicles.

Well, humanity has seen that last request as a challenge, so we ain’t there yet.

Dumbass needs to be charged and if found guilty fired. Simple as that.

Any excuse to crush a fellow human being and run his life into the ground. Must be a slow week, no raping, robbing, shooting or stabbing going on.

Just put a reprimand in his file and move on.

Right, right...because NO cops, in the history of cops, have ever broken the law themselves.

    Sounds like a candidate for:
"I want you to go and sit down on that bench that says Group W."

You seem to have a problem with two extremes if they’re found to have violated the law they need to be charged and arrested
