I finally have bitten the bullet after years of denial and have a G35 on the way. I am used to loading 180-grain TC bullets for the .40 S&W with a 1.180" OAL for my SV 2011 Limited gun. Will this length work with the G35? Or will I need to drop closer to 1.130" (0.050" shorter) to fit the Glock OEM barrel? Once I get the gun, I will chamber check my loads with the OEM barrel, but I am hoping to be able to use one load for both guns. If the OEM barrel does not work with my longer loads, I will consider getting an aftermarket barrel and having the chamber lengthened to handle my handloads.
