He is successful because he has the best product. It doesn't make him the smartest businessman- he most definitely is not.

    He is not unique.

Hey Gaston, can we get interchangeable backstraps?

No. You're stupid. Buy my gun and shut up.

Hey Mr. Jobs, can we get Flash on our phones?

No. You're stupid. Buy my phone and shut up.

Both Android and M&P are very happy that such successful and "smart" businessmen exist.

Wow. My prayers go out to all of my freedom and liberty loving brethren in upstate NY. It is a shame, upstate NY is beautiful and is home to some really good Americans, I even considered moving there about a decade ago.

I was watching the NY Senate debate earlier and couldn't keep from laughing when the question arose about grandfathering in 10 round magazines. The answer was- oh, people will be allowed to load them with 7 rounds, that will be legal.

Pretty sure Glock makes enough money that they don't have to care about what a handful of people on the internet want. Keep in mind the US is far from Glock's only customer, and their military and LE sales don't want a single stack pistol.

Also, the factory sights are awesome:tongueout:

The restrictions on ammo sales include requiring a database of all ammunition purchases. Who the hell would want to sell ammunition with that kind of stipulation? It almost wouldn't be worth it. Maybe someone who's an FFL dealer and has the mandate to keep records already, and maybe a major retailer like Walmart, but not many others.

Cuomo pushed this in a big way and it will make him a star in left wing circles. And he wants to be President.

Quoting today's The New York Times

"Mr. Cuomo negotiated in secret with a few other powerful politicians on a dog’s breakfast of legislation that got no public discussion at all and was passed by state senators who had not even read it—because they were not given a chance to do so."

To clarify my previous post- it passed the Assembly with ease.

    It is now the Law.

Clarification: In reading further I see that all ammunition purchases will now require a background check. So ammo is going to be through an FFL dealer only. With a record of who and how much.

Let's stop the blame game and use our wits to come up with something constructive. I'm sick of seeing all this deviseness.

We hang together or we hang seperately.United we stand, divided we fall.

Remember this administration..er..regime is all about the classic divide and couquer tactic. Look, we can blame democrats , praise fake republicans like romney, and ***** til' the cows come home, but where does that get us in the end?

The tree of liberty must be as dry as the sahara right about now...

    God help us.

When Gaston rolls up on the ramp in LAS for the SHOT show in his Global Express, that will pretty much prove he's a smart business man.

I for one would love to see all firearm and ammo manufacturing companies leave states that do not support their business and that means leave states that are not fully behind the 2nd. It would send such a powerful message.

Agreed. IF they do make 7-round mags for this State, I hope they also supply them to the LEOs and politicians that carry out of spite.

I just read the stipulations of this law:

    BACKGROUND CHECKS ON AMMUNITION????

    ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME???????

My God, that is the most ignorant and stupid thing i have ever heard......

NY, you can go SUCK IT!!!!!

God i'm glad i live in KY, our Governor has already said we are not passing any new bull-crap laws......we only have to worry about the goon up in the white house, which is really enough.....

to all the gun-enthusiasts/conservatives in NY, GET THE HELL OUT OF THAT RAT-HOLE

Their electronic database of ammo purchases will also flag any "unusually" large purchases.

I'd love to see firearm manufacturers refuse to sell to LE in the states that don't allow civilians to own their guns, like Barrett did.

Edit: I might add if you live in NY and you recently voted for a Democrat state legislator, you have only yourself to blame.
