Start arresting everyone and charge them with Conspiracy under the RICO Act. This is out of control.

Yep, bond breaker tests for different mixes and admixtures. Where were they found would be a good clue as to whether or not they were intended for rioters. On a roof or floor of new construction? Probably not very damning.

Yeah, perfect. Because that wouldn’t add to the issues of police over reach or brutality people are currently protesting. :freak:

Yeah, perfect. We should all just sit back and let them run wild, kill cops and do whatever they want because we don't 'want more trouble'.

    Makes perfect sense....in Bizarro World.

It's important first to understand these weren't likely used or even intended to be weapons.

That's right, we don't know one way or the other...but if they ARE intended to be used against the police, the hammer needs to come down.

I'm willing to err on the side of samples. That's quality concrete in those cups and not some Home Depot quick-crete whipped up by idiots,

I don't have to. I can see it. We have a multi-million dollar concrete admixture business unit. I'm familiar with what good concrete looks like and that style of testing.

Maybe they can bring fake guns made out of concrete also.

I don't think anyone brought anything. From the context of the picture, it looks like a job site to me.

You're under the premise that "they" brought something. Those sort of tests are usually done on site and are very often left there to cure before testing. Not many jobless looters running around doing bond break testing with expensive concretes.

During the "occupy" movement they did the same thing...called "milkshaking".

There was a claim that some people were using quik-crete in milkshake cups but I don't believe there were any ever found. What most of them were using were actually milkshakes.

    FYI

Unless they steal it, or it’s provided for them. But point taken.

The article is short on details. Did the police find three of these samples of 500? Where they were found and the circumstances tell more, but we don't really have that info.
Yes, they look like ice cream, but just three of them mean pretty much nothing without context of where they were found.

So somebody finally got wise to the pallet of Ben and Jerry's sitting on the the corner all day and checked it out. Wonder how many plastic spoons they broke before they got the idea...
