Not sure where it was discussed recently, but I had agreed that there was no way an out-of -stater could get a pistol permit in NYS.

Today, speaking with my FFL, I learned that there IS a rather convoluted process for doing so.

Does anyone know anything more about this?

Then it wouldn't be a non-resident permit.
