Onondaga County Sheriff's deputies identify man who shot himself in the buttocks
Must have been a Glock!!!
That's gotta hurt in a lot of way!!
That's gonna leave a mark
"Honey, does this gunshot wound make my *** look big?"
That is a good one.
Failed Israeli draw.
At least we know this guy's not a back shooter.
A NY non-LEO with a carry permit? I thought there was no such thing. Now that this embarassing incident is in the papers, I bet he feels a little like an ***.
The vast majority of permits issued in NY STATE are carry permits. NYC? You might want to play the lotto instead.
My permit is unrestricted, but excludes carry in NYC.
Yes, I do suppose he feels a little less *** because of this.
Jeepers, and I thought the posters with NY non-LEO carry permits made a pretty good showing on GT.
But your "2nd" permit includes NYC. Something about shall not be infringed
All four of yous?
Must be all the gripes I read on GT about how NYS is CCW license unfriendly that confused me. OK. So now I know NY is CCW friendly.
I dunno, is it still illegal to even drive into the state w/any firearm (even broken-down/cased/in the trunk)? Or is that just the city?
You can bring a handgun into NY State unloaded in a case in your trunk as long as you're driving through the state en route to a destination in another State. If you stop in NY State for any length of time you are then in violation of the law.
