Just back from Maui, and this is my first stab at creating a panorama.

Just after sunrise on 4/23 - taken on the way back down the volcano, as we got up at about 2:30 to be at the summit for sunrise - truly one of the most breathtaking sights you will ever see!

The bldgs clustered on the coast on the far left is where I stayed - about 25-30 miles from where these pics were taken.

The smoke plume in the middle is a sugar cane field being prepared for harvest - they burn out all the brush to make getting to the actual cane easier.

The island visible behind the hump in the center on the left hand side is Lanai, and just visible on the right hand side is Molokai

Comprised of 6 pics taken with an EOS Digital Rebel, and a Canon 17-35mm wide angle.
