The NRA has extended the deadline for Life memberships at $300.00 to March 31st. Annual memberships are $19.00. They must be submitted by a Life (or higher?) member.

Good to know, but I don't understand why they just dont make the $300.00 offer open to anyone without the edorsement by a life member or higher.

It is cheaper, but the $300 has to be paid right away.

I could probably swing the $300 by the end of March if I could halt my gun, accessory, and ammo spending for a couple of weeks.

If they made it an open offer, they would hear grumbling to no end from the members that paid full price.

If it can be done online I'd be happy to sponsor some GT'ers.

I'm a life member. I sure hope I can do more than one. Anyone who needs a sponsor is more than welcome to shoot me a PM.

That's where I started. Logged in and went through there and the only option it gives is to buy a gift membership at regular price. I was hoping someone had done it online and had a direct link.

Sorry sweetheart. I spoke with the membership department this morning and the $300 life membership can only be done with the paperwork sent to life members by the NRA or by phone. There is no online option. The paperwork came in a long black envelope with a new NRA membership card in the lower left corner.
