I love and have both G43’s & G48’s... I have 2 of each! But this is outrageous! Mossberg’s new offering is basically a 13+1 G48!? Now granted, I’m not calling it a Glock by any means... But shesh.. these polymer wrapper mags have to be dumped at some point.. there will also be a 15 round mag shipped with it also..

I’m not thrilled with the Mossy’s take down (removing the striker each time seems like Mr. Murphy’s Law waiting to slap someone) but the size envelope is pretty close to the same...

    Well that is, interesting. o_O

I do like the flat trigger shoe but that is easy enough to fix on my Glocks, so Glock it is :D

What's the point? From what I heard the MC1's were pretty "iffy". I'll stay with the tried and true.

Interesting looking pistol and the size specs appear promising, but "out Glocking" Glock? All are entitled to their opinions, but for our part we will need a good deal more evidence to affirm that notion...

    We trudge on (skeptically).

They certainly aren’t “out-Glocking Glock” by any means IMO.

A pistol from Mossberg. I'll bet Glock is really looking over their shoulder now. Good luck holding on to that market share against Mossberg.

    I agree. That's why I don't own any Glocks.

Maybe Mossberg is ahead of the game and working on a pump action version of the pistol for the states that will soon ban autoloaders?? Mini-500 action?

Lol! I get that. However, I think GLOCKS have an attractive utilitarian look to them so I own two of them.
The thing that turns me off to the gun in the OP is that it's too busy looking. Ruger pistols come to mind too.
    To each his/her own eh?

I'm not wild about the way the grip looks but other than that I don't see anything that bad (well maybe the billboard on the slide).
I have come to like and appreciate forward serrations.
My only Glock (gen. 4 G19) has them.

Yep, you nailed it! It's the grip. I had to take another look to see what really turned me off to this gun and it's the grip. Other than that and the billboard, it could be an attractive gun.
And after all, it's all about the looks right? Lol!

I like it. Probably wouldn’t buy one, but I think it looks nice and the features are good. If the price comes in right it will probably be a good seller.
